Doing renovations to a home is a very stressful process, so it’s important to choose the right team to get what you want and need.  Kevin and Brenda are that team; they are honest, resourceful, and have lots of experience and are able to combine their strengths and offer a very wide range of services and advice to the home owner.  They are people you can trust to understand what needs to be done and to do it well.  They do beautiful work, far and away better than I could have ever imagined.  I can feel the difference in my home, and it is a wonderful feeling to know that the work they did not only looks great but was done right.  That is peace of mind! Kevin and Brenda did a great job helping us with our remodel of two bathrooms. We switched from a tub to a beautiful shower in our master bath which necessitated reconfiguring the layout of both bathrooms. Kevin skillfully laid out the plans for our contractor. Brenda was very helpful in assisting us in selecting from a mind-boggling number of choices for the tile, fixtures, counters, cabinets, and hardware. She was sensitive to our likes/dislikes and our budget. Because of our experience, we have recommended their services to friends and family and will continue to do so.

We told Kevin and Brenda what we were hoping to do with our old back porch, deck and spaces underneath. They listened to what we had to say and not only designed and built what we had asked for, but made it so much better than we ever imagined it could be. The entire project was completed on time and on budget. They had so many wonderful suggestions to enhance what we wanted to do and were a huge help throughout every step of the process. This included converting and evolving our design ideas, selecting materials of construction, maximizing functionality all the way through to helping with color schemes, all the while, keeping options and costs at the forefront. Nothing was ever executed without first submitting a detailed quotation first. Their project management capabilities included 100% of everything from design, drawings, permitting, material procurement and total installation. They were also extremely flexible and allowed us to be involved to whatever extent we felt comfortable. Their imagination and innovative abilities were key to accomplishing some of the more unusual aspects of this project. For example, working closely with the installer in correcting some previous yard erosion issues we were having and some very unusual design criteria.  Kevin, Brenda and their installer were the consummate professionals with keen eyes on every minute detail. The whole process of working with them was so much fun. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Brenda and Kevin helped us design our own version of the barn doors.  We came up with an idea and a concept, and the Lueck's took it from there.  The barn doors were custom made and they look fantastic.  KB Lueck took our idea and made it function right, and have it match the look of the room.

The Lueck Building Consultants were very easy to work with.  We needed a handicapped-accessible bedroom and bathroom for my husband.  We gave them our requirements and they helped us come up with a plan that fit with our house and met our needs.  They listened to our ideas and were always willing to adjust the plans for us.  We would highly recommend the Lueck Building Consultants.  They were very honest, helpful, and capable.

KB Lueck designed the most perfect porch for me. They listened to my goals from start to finish. They respected my vision and then made it their own all while sticking to my budget. I am thrilled with my porch and look forward each day of swinging on my porch swing with a good book.

We worked with Kevin and Brenda from the "our deck needs replacing" idea to the ultimate vision of a three-phase home make-over, starting with an ambitious back yard project.  Guiding us through key decisions, they ensured we understood each step, helped us choose the things we cared about - materials, finishes, "extras", etc. while handling the hundreds of details that didn't require our attention.  They also ensured they brought in the highest quality craftsmen and workmen to complete the project.  I was amazed at the perfectionist approach to the smallest details of the deck such as re-doing the placement of the support piers so as not to disturb the roots of our beautiful oak tree.  Other appreciated touches included Kevin personally stepping in to hand lay the patio stones when he was not satisfied with the progress.  Perhaps the ultimate demonstration of our confidence and satisfaction with KB Lueck is that we now have them working on Phase II!
