Kevin sees the bones of a building, the structure, the systems, the details that make a project stand the test of time. Brenda sees the soul, the colors, the flow, the feeling of coming home to a space that's truly yours.

Together, we bring something that's hard to find: a creative vision with a technical perspective, working hand in hand.

We started KB Lueck Building Consultants in 2011 because we saw too many homeowners struggle with the same problem:

Not knowing how to get their design ideas from inside their heads onto paper.
Having designs that looked good on paper but didn't work in practice.
Shortsighted planning.
The overwhelming feeling of not knowing who to trust.

We wanted to be something different.

Not just designers. Not just contractors. But guides who walk alongside you, helping you navigate every decision and end up with a space you truly love.

Meet Brenda

Brenda grew up in a Pennsylvania stone farmhouse built in the 1700s, surrounded by architectural character and timeless design. That early experience sparked a lifelong love of spaces that tell a story.

What started as a hobby, helping friends choose paint colors or rearranging furniture to transform a room, grew into a gift refined over more than 20 years. Brenda has a natural ability to see what a space could become and to guide clients toward choices that feel right.

She's the one who'll narrow down that overwhelming palette of 200 paint swatches to the three that actually work in your light.

She'll help you understand why some design choices will still look beautiful in ten years and others won't. And she'll make sure your finished space doesn't just function, it feels like home.

Kevin has been building things since he could hold a hammer. From childhood forts to fine furniture to high-end custom homes, his hands have shaped spaces of every kind. With a degree in Building Construction and Business Administration from John Brown University and over 20 years of experience as a project manager and site superintendent, Kevin brings the kind of knowledge that only comes from decades of doing the work. He's the one who will tell you if that wall is load-bearing, if your contractor's quote is missing something important, or if there's a smarter way to solve a tricky building challenge. He doesn't just design spaces, he understands how they're built.
