Here’s how Our Design/Draw Service works:
To start the Design/Draw Phase – we create a concept sketch showing the look and function of the building or object before its built or made – with the information from our initial consultation.
Next, we will review the concept with you to make sure we have captured what you had in mind… we can/will add to/modify/or change the concept sketch as necessary prior to moving ahead to the next step.
Once the “finished” concept is approved – we will begin to draw the additional details that are needed to further develop the look and function for your project. A “full set of drawings” begins to take shape.
A completed set of drawings will contain all the necessary information required to be able to build the project or building. At this point you will have completed construction documents for your contractor to be able to price and implement your ideas. A completed set of drawings will also be “building permit application ready” if applicable.
We will tailor fit the number of drawings to your specific project needs.
Some projects just need a sketch while some will require a full set of blueprints – we can handle small projects as well as large projects.
Here’s how Our Building Consulting Services work:
We can provide interior design consulting services. From color selections to selecting coordinating fixture and finish selections, lighting layouts and furniture layouts.
We can provide exterior design consulting services. Basic yard layouts – decks, porches, outbuildings, outdoor kitchens, gardens, plant beds, retaining walls, pools, basically anything outside.
We can provide building consulting assistance for structural assessments, maintenance issues, trouble-shooting leaks or assess problems areas in your home or business property and provide resolutions for those issues.
We bill $125/hour for “building consulting work” which can include just about anything to do with buildings or properties…
Here’s how Our Design/Build-Out works:
We offer a very, very limited Build-Out option…we will only build-out what we have Designed/Drawn for you.
We will utilize “our in-house team of subcontractors” to handle any Build-Out projects that we are involved in.
Typically, we work under a modified cost-plus a fixed fee for all our Construction Management/Building Implementation Contracts.
Maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting issues are typically handled on a time and materials basis.
