Once we receive your information, we'll review it and respond with what we see as the best next steps. This will typically be an email outlining how to move forward, whether that's a meeting at our studio or an on-site visit at your home, depending on what makes the most sense for your project.
Step 2: Initial Consultation

HEARING YOUR VISION
Based on your project, we'll meet either at our design studio or at your home.
A studio consultation is a chance to talk through your ideas, ask questions, and explore possibilities together. An on-site consultation lets us walk through your space, see how you live in it, and understand how the design might take shape.
What happens?
We listen to your vision, offer initial feedback, and outline what the next steps would look like if you'd like to move forward. You'll leave with clarity on the path ahead, including a clear scope of the next steps and the associated cost of those additional services to bring your project to life
Studio consultations start at $125/hour. Initial on-site consultation: $275.
Step 3: Concept Development
BRINGING IDEAS TO LIFE
Using what we learned in our consultation, we create concept sketches and mood boards that show the look and function of your space before anything gets built.
What happens?
We present concepts for your review and make adjustments based on your feedback. This is your chance to see possibilities, ask "what if?", and refine the direction before moving forward.
Step 4: Drafting
FROM SKETCH TO BLUEPRINT
Once you approve the concept, we develop complete construction drawings, dimensions, elevations, details, everything a contractor needs to build your vision.
What happens?
We create permit-ready documentation tailored to your project's complexity. We also help with material selections, coordinating finishes, and preparing you for the build phase.
