What We Do & Our Process
We would like to set-up, an initial consultation, a 1-2 hour on site visit/meeting. This will give us an opportunity to meet and see what you are hoping to accomplish. During our time we will listen, ask questions, discuss options — and it provides time for all of us to ask questions. Together we can discuss a solution or determine what additional services(s) will be needed to get to a resolution. We will outline the next step(s) of the process and associated cost(s) of those service(s).
Typical initial consultation starting at $275 As a consulting team our goal is to provide solutions for all your building questions and/or concerns … so whether its a small project or a large project or you just need help troubleshooting … We work hard to “tailor fit” our service(s) to your specific need(s) in the most efficient way possible. Our Service(s) are typically customized to each Clients specific needs and the cost would be based on the individualized service “plan”.
Using the information from our Initial Consultation – we create a conceptual sketch showing the look and function of the building or object before it is drawn.
We will review the concept with you prior to moving forward. We will make modifications as necessary.
Once the concept sketch is approved – additional drawings, dimensions, elevations and details are added to the set of drawings. A completed drawing set would contain all the necessary information required to be able to implement/build the object or building. A completed set of drawings would also be “building permit application ready”. We will tailor fit the amount of drawings to your specific project needs.
